How to Request Account Deletion

You have two ways to request the deletion of your Goddess Destiny Psychics account:

• Submit the form below with the email address associated with your account.
• Email us directly at support@goddessdestinypsychics.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is approved, we will permanently delete or anonymize the following:

• Your profile information, name, email, and contact details.
• Your account credentials and authentication data.
• Your booking history, reading preferences, and session notes.
• Your chat messages, community posts, and comments.
• Your uploaded photos, profile images, and video files.
• Your rewards points, wallet balance, and promotional credits.
• Your advisor profile, if you have applied or been approved as an advisor.

Data We May Retain

Certain records may be retained for a limited period if required by law or to protect our legitimate business interests:

• Transaction and payment records: We must retain records of payments, payouts, refunds, and Stripe transactions for legal, tax, and accounting compliance purposes. These are typically kept for a period required by applicable law (e.g., 7 years in the U.S.).
• Dispute and fraud prevention data: Information related to chargebacks, disputes, or investigations may be retained to prevent fraud and resolve legal disputes.
• Advisor payout and earnings records: If you were an advisor, earnings and payout records are retained for tax reporting and regulatory compliance.

Any retained data is de-identified and stored securely. It is not used for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose.

Processing Timeframe

We process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verified request. Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If additional information is needed to verify your identity, we may contact you within the first 5 business days.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• You will lose access to any remaining wallet balance, reward points, or active bookings.
• If you have an active advisor profile, deletion will also terminate your advisor status and any pending payouts.
• If you have pending disputes or unresolved issues, deletion may be delayed until those matters are resolved.
