Advisor Terms

1. Earnings Split
Advisors keep 60% of all earnings from readings and services provided through the platform. The remaining 40% covers platform operations, payment processing, marketing, customer support, and infrastructure. This split is calculated after any applicable Stripe processing fees. Your 60% share is deposited to your connected Stripe account automatically — there is no manual invoicing or payout request required.
2. Payouts via Stripe Connect
All payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe onboarding and connect a valid bank account before you can receive earnings. If your Stripe account is not fully onboarded, your share of earnings will be held until the account is verified. The platform does not hold or send funds manually — everything flows through Stripe automatically.
3. Automatic Payouts
Payouts are automatic and scheduled by Stripe based on your account settings and region. You do not need to request a payout. Stripe typically deposits funds to your bank account on a rolling 2-day or 7-day schedule depending on your location and account standing. You can view all transactions and upcoming payouts directly in your Stripe Dashboard.
4. Independent Contractor Status
Advisors are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Goddess Destiny Psychics. You are responsible for your own schedule, tools, and method of delivering readings. You may set your own availability and choose which clients to serve. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship.
5. Platform Suspension & Removal
Goddess Destiny Psychics reserves the right to suspend or remove any advisor from the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms, the Code of Conduct, or any behavior that puts clients or the platform at risk. Reasons for removal include but are not limited to: off-platform solicitation, harassment, fraud, inappropriate conduct, repeated client complaints, or failure to deliver services.
6. Taxes
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes. Goddess Destiny Psychics does not withhold income tax, Social Security, Medicare, or any other employment taxes from your earnings. You will receive tax documents (such as a 1099 in the United States, where applicable) if you meet the reporting threshold. It is your responsibility to report all earnings to the appropriate tax authorities and pay any taxes owed.
7. Service Quality
You agree to deliver readings and services in a timely, professional, and honest manner. Readings must be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at booking. If you are unable to fulfill a booking, you must communicate promptly and the client may receive a refund at the platform's discretion.
8. Disputes & Refunds
In the event of a client dispute or refund request, Goddess Destiny Psychics will review the situation and may issue a partial or full refund. If a refund is granted, the advisor's share may be adjusted or clawed back accordingly. We encourage open communication to resolve issues before they escalate to disputes.
9. Chat Monitoring & Quality Assurance
Live chat sessions and client communications may be reviewed by Goddess Destiny Psychics admin for quality assurance, safety, policy compliance, and platform protection. This monitoring helps us ensure a safe, trustworthy experience for clients and advisors alike.
- Advisors may not direct clients off-platform for any reason.
- Advisors may not share personal phone numbers, emails, social media handles, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, or outside booking or payment links.
- All communication and payments must remain on Goddess Destiny Psychics.
- Chat transcripts may be reviewed when flagged by keywords or during random QA checks.
- Violations of these rules may result in warnings, paused account access, removal from the platform, and/or forfeiture of platform privileges.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Advisor Terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email or your advisor dashboard. Continued use of the platform as an advisor after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Agreement
By applying to become an advisor and using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Advisor Terms and the Advisor Code of Conduct.
