Creator Program Terms

The Goddess Destiny Psychics Creator Program ("Program") is designed to reward individuals who authentically promote the platform through social media, content creation, and personal referrals. By submitting an application or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Creator Program Terms.

These terms supplement — and do not replace — our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you are also an advisor on the platform, our Advisor Terms and Code of Conduct also apply.

All approved creators agree to uphold the following standards:

• Promote the platform honestly and respectfully
• Avoid misleading claims or false advertising
• Avoid fake reviews or fabricated experiences
• Avoid spam posting or harassment
• Follow all TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social platform guidelines
• Disclose partnerships or rewards where required by law or platform rules

Failure to meet these expectations may result in suspension or removal from the Creator Program.

Creator rewards, commissions, bonuses, and reading credits are based on verified completed bookings and approved referrals.

Goddess Destiny Psychics reserves the right to:

• Review referral activity for authenticity and quality
• Deny fraudulent or artificially generated commissions
• Adjust or discontinue creator rewards at any time with reasonable notice
• Remove creators from the program for policy violations or inappropriate conduct

Reward structures and payout schedules are shared individually upon approval and may be updated periodically.

Creators may not produce or share content that includes:

• Guaranteed outcome claims or promises of specific spiritual results
• Impersonation of the platform, its advisors, or its staff
• Hateful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content of any kind
• Intentional damage to the reputation of the platform or its community
• Misleading or deceptive marketing practices

All content should reflect the respectful, spiritual, and supportive values of the Goddess Destiny Psychics community.

Goddess Destiny Psychics reserves the right to suspend or remove creators from the program at any time for violations of platform policies or inappropriate conduct.

Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to: fraudulent referrals, fake content, spam behavior, harassment, hateful conduct, misleading advertising, or failure to comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines.

Removed creators forfeit any pending rewards that are determined to be associated with inauthentic or policy-violating activity. Any genuinely earned rewards accrued prior to violation may still be honored at the platform's discretion.
