Advisor Code of Conduct

1. Keep All Business On-Platform

Advisors must not direct clients off the platform under any circumstances. This includes:

  • Sharing personal phone numbers, emails, or social media handles with clients.
  • Requesting payment outside of the platform (CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, etc.).
  • Inviting clients to communicate through external apps or services.
  • Advertising personal websites or services during a reading.

Violating this rule is grounds for immediate removal from the platform and forfeiture of any pending earnings.

2. No Guarantees or False Promises

You must be honest and transparent with clients at all times. Specifically:

  • Do not guarantee specific outcomes, predictions, or timelines.
  • Do not promise to "fix" relationships, careers, or personal situations.
  • Do not claim abilities you do not have.
  • Be clear that readings are for guidance and insight, not certainty.

3. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

Advisors must never provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If a client asks about health concerns, legal matters, investments, or mental health, direct them to consult a licensed professional. You may offer spiritual perspective and support, but it must always be framed as personal insight, not professional advice.

4. Professional Communication

Maintain a respectful, warm, and professional tone in all interactions:

  • Greet clients kindly and respond promptly during active sessions.
  • Use clear language — avoid overly technical jargon unless the client is comfortable with it.
  • Do not use aggressive, dismissive, or condescending language.
  • Be patient with clients who are new to spiritual readings.

5. Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Discrimination

Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited:

  • No harassment, threats, or intimidation toward clients, staff, or other advisors.
  • No discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
  • No sexually explicit, suggestive, or inappropriate content in readings or messages.
  • No bullying or shaming clients for their beliefs or life choices.

Violations will result in immediate permanent removal from the platform.

6. Timely & Professional Delivery

Clients trust you to deliver on time. You agree to:

  • Begin readings promptly when a booking is active.
  • Deliver recorded readings within the timeframe promised at booking.
  • Communicate proactively if you need more time — clients appreciate honesty over silence.
  • Mark yourself unavailable if you cannot take bookings for any reason.

7. Client Privacy & Confidentiality

What happens in a reading stays in the reading. You must:

  • Keep all client information private and confidential.
  • Never share client details, stories, or messages with anyone outside the platform.
  • Never use client information for personal gain, marketing, or social media content without explicit written consent.
  • Respect a client's right to anonymity.

8. Honesty & Integrity

Scamming, misleading, or dishonest practices destroy trust and are not tolerated:

  • Do not fabricate credentials, experience, or testimonials.
  • Do not manipulate clients into purchasing more services than they need.
  • Do not use fear tactics or "curses" to pressure clients into additional bookings.
  • Be truthful about your abilities, specialties, and experience level.

Any advisor found engaging in scamming or deceptive practices will be banned permanently and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Chat Monitoring & Compliance

Live chat sessions and client communications may be reviewed by Goddess Destiny Psychics admin for quality assurance, safety, policy compliance, and platform protection. This includes:

  • Automated keyword detection for off-platform solicitation, outside payment methods, and inappropriate content.
  • Random QA spot-checks by admin to ensure service quality and professionalism.
  • Investigation of flagged sessions when keywords or client reports trigger a review.

Advisors may not:

  • Direct clients off-platform or share personal contact or payment information.
  • Share personal phone numbers, emails, social media handles, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, or any outside booking or payment links.
  • Attempt to circumvent platform monitoring or hide communication from admin review.

Violations may result in warnings, paused account access, removal from the platform, and/or forfeiture of platform privileges. Chat transcripts may be reviewed when flagged by keywords or during random QA checks.

10. Reporting Violations

If you witness another advisor violating this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it confidentially through our support form. The platform is stronger when advisors hold each other accountable. Reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.

11. Agreement

By applying to become an advisor and using the Goddess Destiny Psychics platform, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct in every interaction. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal depending on severity and frequency.
